This is a 1944 dated light weight gas mask, which was introduced in September 1943. This example is in excellent condition and comes with a number of contents. Ointment Anti-Gas No.5 tin with contents, Anti-dust goggles, dated 1943, anti-lens dimmer dated 1/39. The filter is dated 1943. The haversack is maker marked "W&G.LTD" for Waring & Gillow.
