WW2 GERMAN M38 GAS MASK AND TIN

This is a WW2 German M38 Gas mask and tin, the mask is made from rubber and a size 2 with metal fittings, the harness is in good condition, the nozzle is dated 1942 with the makers bmw for Aluminiumwerke Nurnberg GmbH, the lenses are well worn, the tin still maintains majority of its paint and looks to be dated 1943. The base of the canister is stamped with the letter 'D" which standards for Luftdicht ( Airtight ).
