This is a nice Soviet Officers Lieutenant Colonel's Uniform for a MVD-Soviet International Forces, complete with shoulder boards and collar tabs, the trousers have the red piping down the sides and has the ink stamp inside which looks to be dated 1985, the jacket is Approx. 38" waist and 19" under the arm, the trousers are Approx. 32" waist and inseam of 28".  read more
